Sales Lead
As the Sales Lead, you will fully immerse yourself in our brand, culture, and product, taking pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role supports managers and sales associates, driving store success.

Qualifications
Results‑oriented seller with at least 2 years of experience in a high‑performance selling environment.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, displaying care.
Ability to charm and capture an audience, connecting with people at all levels.
Sharp business acumen and analytical thinking to deliver positive results.
Master of time management, proactively setting and adjusting priorities and delegating tasks.
Knowledge of general computer software (Microsoft Office 365 Suite) and retail point‑of‑sale systems.
At least 18 years old, able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, stand for extended periods, lift 50+ pounds, and arrive on time.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary: $14.35 – $17.95 per hour, commensurate with experience.
Base salary plus bonus opportunities.
