Full-Time School Speech Therapist (SLP) – Grady, AL

n2026–2027 Academic Year

nA school-based role with balance, flexibility, and strong support.

nPediatric Developmental Services is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time opportunity in the Grady, AL area. This position is ideal for clinicians seeking a consistent schedule and a team-oriented environment.

About the Position

nIn this role, you'll help students improve communication skills that impact both classroom performance and daily interactions. You'll work closely with school teams to support student success through targeted interventions.

nCollaborate with staff and families

nMaintain accurate documentation

nQUALIFICATIONS FOR A SPEECH-LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST

nn***Alabama State Special Services Provider OR State Teacher's License required**

nMaster's degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

nASHA certification

nState Speech Language Pathology License

n nEvery state requires all Speech Language Pathologists to have a state license. If you do not have a license for a specific state, the licensing team at PDS will help you through the process!
