Job description
Ampersand Therapy in Arvada, CO is hiring a full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a K–8 school setting starting September 2026. You’ll implement behavior plans, collect data, and support students with behavioral and developmental needs under the supervision of a BCBA.
This role offers up to $30/hour, a steady school-year schedule, W-2 employment with liability insurance, healthcare benefits, 401(k) with company match, and reimbursement for certification and CEUs.
