In this role, you will help ensure the safety and security of residents, visitors, and the property.As a Security Officer, you will:• Patrol community grounds, residential areas, clubhouses, and amenities to deter unauthorized activity• Conduct regular inspections and use surveillance systems to identify potential concerns• Respond promptly to incidents, conducting emergency services when necessary• Deter theft, vandalism, and trespassing by enforcing rules and policies• Digitally create incident and activity reports with detailed observations• Perform regular exterior patrols, securing access points• Monitor and control access points, verifying visitors, vendors, and contractors• Support property management with additional safety duties as assignedYou will be a great fit if you have:• Strong attention to detail and situational awareness• The ability to remain calm and professional in difficult situations• Clear, respectful communication skills• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors during patrol• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as a part of a teamScheduling:• This is a Full-time position averaging 30-40 hours per week, with flexibility to pick up additional shifts when available• Shifts may include evening, weekends, and holidays depending on site needsCertification Requirements (All)MD Unarmed Security Guard CertificationAdditional Information / BenefitsDunbar Benefits:Medical InsuranceLife InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsurancePaid Vacation401k PlanDunbar Security Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
