Job description
NONPF in Fayetteville, NC seeks a full-time Nurse Practitioner to perform assessments and develop care plans for Trinity Health PACE participants in a warm, patient-centered setting.
You will collaborate with PO physicians, conduct home visits, participate in discharge planning, and help shape clinical policies. Requires NC licensure, CDS/DEA, board certification, BLS, and travel within the region; benefits include daily pay and comprehensive coverage.
