Job description
Navion Senior Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Director at our Pinewood Square community in Goose Creek to preserve the good condition and functionality of an Assisted Living community. You will perform maintenance tasks of great variety such as painting, HVAC installations, landscaping etc.
This role requires minimum two years of experience, experience in senior housing, and compliance with DPH and DHEC regulations.
