Job description
Elm Crest Senior Living Community in Harlan, IA is seeking a relationship-driven Sales Counselor to lead occupancy growth across Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care. This full-time, salaried role involves guiding families, conducting tours, and coordinating move-ins with a focus on community outreach.
The position requires at least 1 year of sales/marketing experience, fluent English, and strong communication. Bachelor’s degree and healthcare marketing experience are preferred.
