Job description
Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services is seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for Summerstone Health and Rehab Center. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans and deliver in-house therapy in a supportive rehab environment with progressive modalities.
The qualified candidate will hold a state license for the SNF setting, be a graduate of an accredited therapy program, and have 1 year of rehab SNF experience preferred.
