We work hard here, but we have fun while we do it!Right now, we are looking for a Full-Time Teller with the ability and desire to learn new Accounts Duties in our Goshen Office located in downtown Goshen, Indiana. Along with being a teller the majority of the time, we will need you to help out our team by learning New Accounts duties so you can assist our customers with their questions.Here are things that you would do during your work day:Provide friendly, caring customer serviceUtilize technology to help you and our customersFollow instructions and procedures set out by the BankDevelop an understanding of our Bank's products and servicesCount money accuratelyLearn new skills such as new systems and proceduresAnd here are some skills that you will need:Friendly personality, positive attitude and professional imageHigh School diploma or equivalentWe really are looking for someone with New Accounts experience in the Banking IndustryAbility to communicate with people from different backgrounds and age groupsProven customer service skillsReliable transportation (we need you to be here when you are scheduled unless you are sick :))Willingness and ability to adjust to a change in work schedule with adequate noticeAbility to successfully complete our in-house training programFull time employees qualify for health care benefits (including vision and dental), 401K retirement plan, paid vacation time, holiday pay as well as access to our free Employee Assistance Program.The position offers good working conditions and environment. You must be able to lift and move coin bags weighing up to 25 pounds. You may be sitting or standing for long periods of time during your day.
