Job description
Earn $75,000-$130,000 per year on a Fee For Service pay model.
Work Environment : Options for fully remote, in-office, or hybrid schedules.
Practice Support : We provide billing, client referrals, advertising, insurance credentialing, and an EHR system.

Qualifications
Education:
Master’s degree in Social Work.
Licensure: Active LCSW in New York State.
Independent Practice: Ability to manage and deliver clinical services autonomously.
Commitment: Motivated to build and maintain a consistent caseload.
Responsibilities
Provide high-quality therapy using evidence-based methods
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Develop personalized treatment plans for clients
Adhere to state and federal confidentiality regulations
