Who You Are You are a veteranoperations executive who thrives on the shop floor, values organizationalloyalty, and avoids corporate politics. You possess:
8+ Years of Success: Proven track record as a Plant Manager or OperationsDirector in heavy industrial fabrication or manufacturing ecosystems.
Lean Architecture Mastery: A verifiable historyof using VSM, Kaizen, and Root Cause Analysis to drive measurableefficiency and eliminate waste.
Technical Instincts: Deep familiarity with robust metal fabrication,welding workflows, and thermal/heat exchange processes.
End-to-End Fluency: Competence managing production scheduling, materialpurchasing, capital equipment evaluation (CapEx), and freight logistics.
Elite Presence: The communication skills needed to mentor teams andunite engineering, production, and corporate executives.
Requirements
Experience: 8+ years as a Plant Manager or Operations Director in industrialmanufacturing/OEM environments.
Technical Skills: Management of custom shop floors featuring metalfabrication, machining, and welding. Thermal or heat exchange backgroundpreferred.
Lean Expertise: Proven track record implementing ContinuousImprovement tools (VSM, Kaizen, Root Cause Analysis) to optimizeefficiency.
Operations: Competence handling production scheduling, purchasing, CapExevaluations, and freight logistics.
Stability: Stable career history showing loyalty, averaging 3+ years per employer with no job-hopping.
Location: Must live within 45 minutes of Richfield,WI (100% onsite; no relocation).
Authorization: US Citizen or Green Card holder only.
Compensation Up to $100K base salary +robust performance incentives & full benefits.
