At Auto Value / APH, our Warehouse Returns Specialists play a critical role in ensuring returned products are processed accurately and efficiently while helping maintain the smooth flow of inventory throughout our distribution network.If you enjoy staying active, working with a great team, and taking pride in organized, accurate work, we'd love to hear from you!What You'll DoAs a Warehouse Returns Specialist, you'll be responsible for a variety of warehouse and inventory-related tasks, including:Returns ProcessingScan and verify incoming returned products from stores and vendorsReview and organize return paperwork for warranty processingRe-box products as needed and document re-boxing activitiesPrepare and organize cores and warranty items for shipment and pick-upEnsure returned merchandise is processed accurately and efficientlyMaterial HandlingLoad and unload trucksStock and organize inventoryMove merchandise throughout the warehouse safelyConduct inventory counts and assist with inventory controlPrepare totes and products for outbound shipmentsTeam SupportAssist team members throughout the warehouse as neededStraighten shelves and maintain organized work areasHelp with tote placement, re-boxing projects, and warehouse upkeepSupport daily warehouse operations and special projects assigned by leadershipSafety & ProfessionalismMaintain warehouse safety, cleanliness, and security standardsFollow company procedures and operational guidelinesParticipate in ongoing training and development opportunitiesRepresent APH and Auto Value with professionalism and a positive attitudeWhat We're Looking ForRequired QualificationsStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlinesEffective verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamReliable attendance and strong work ethicAbility to safely lift, move, and handle warehouse materials throughout the shiftPreferred QualificationsPrevious warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory, or returns processing experienceExperience using scanners, inventory systems, or warehouse management softwareWhy Join APH?At APH, we're more than an automotive parts distributor—we're a family-owned company that has been serving customers and communities for over 100 years.
