nAchieve retail sales goals by providing superior beauty and fragrance service to clients and develop client relationships to build repeat sales and brand loyalty.
nnFull time
n nPRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
nnAchieve retail sales goals or annual productivity goals.
nProvide full-range customer service including product information, sales, and execution of all in-store events.
nEnsure that all communications with customers are courteous, cordial, and professional.
nEnsure that retail counter area and products are clean, well-organized and well-presented at all times.
nMeet retail sales plan objectives and track productivity as determined by employer.
nAnswer and respond to customer requests regarding Guerlain and its product lines.
nProvide consultation to customers for selection of cosmetic shades, skin treatment, makeup application, artistry, and fragrance.
nResolve customer issues or questions by telephone, text, or email, including research and preparation of reply correspondence.
nMaintain client registration program, sustain customer relationships, and generate new business through regular communication.
nAdhere to all policies and practices of the retailer.
nSpecial projects and miscellaneous duties as dictated by the needs of the business.
nConduct all other job-related activities.

nnQualifications:
Qualifications
nnAbility to effectively manage customer expectations and build loyal customer relationships
nExcellent organizational skills
nSuperior written and verbal communication skills
nCRT experience and aptitude in learning how to access computer-based inventory and order status detail
nKnowledge of Microsoft Office for Windows and Excel
nBased in assigned retail locations for the sale of Guerlain products
nAvailability must meet needs of the business
nMust be able to work in a retail environment: light lifting, standing at counter

nWhile the published salary range is a good faith reflection of the targeted salary level for the position, LVMH Inc. reserves the right to pay outside of the published range of $30-$33/hour.
