nWe are hiring a Physical Therapist to work at our beautiful partner location, **Pickersgill Retirement Community ( ******
nIn this role, you will provide on-site therapy services to a geriatric population in both skilled and outpatient settings, all within one supportive location.
nWhether you are a recent graduate or have years of experience, we welcome you! Plus, we provide all the training you need.
nWhat You'll Do
nnPerform physical therapy evaluations and create individualized plans of care
nDeliver skilled therapy services that improve mobility, function, safety, and independence
nTrack progress, update treatment plans, and clearly communicate patient status
nComplete documentation accurately and on time
nCollaborate with therapy team members and other healthcare professionals
nHelp create a rehab program that patients, families, and facilities trust

n nJob Requirements
nnLicensed Physical Therapist in Maryland (Or soon to be licensed!)
nActive CPR certification
nPassion for patient-centered care
nStrong evaluation and clinical reasoning skills
nAbility to build rapport with patients and work effectively on a team
n nMaryland based. Maryland focused.
