Location: Corning, CA
Position Type: Fulltime | Physician – Family Medicine
Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 7:30 AM–5:30 PM | Full-Time for 12 Months
Overview
Primary Care/Family Medicine coverage at a multispecialty clinic. Provider will manage a chronic care patient panel and perform all aspects of outpatient primary care. No procedures required. EMR is Cerner CareB. Support team includes Medical Assistants. Coverage is needed due to recruitment challenges.
Schedule / Availability
Full-time, Monday–Thursday
Shift: 7:30 AM–5:30 PM
No call
Start Date: ASAP
Must commit for 12 months (dealbreaker)
Practice Highlights
• Outpatient-only Primary Care
• Chronic Care Management (diabetes, HTN, thyroid disorders, etc.)
• Adults (18+) required; pediatrics (17 & under) optional
• 14–16 patients per day
• Multispecialty Clinic
• EMR: Cerner CareB
• Support Staff: Medical Assistants
Credentialing
Timeline: 30–90 days
DEA Schedule II required
No credentialing with other facilities
Submission Requirements (Mandatory)
Board Certified/Board Eligible IM or FM
Active CA License
ACLS/BLS + DEA with Schedule II
Availability at name clear
Full-time | One-year commitment
