Employment Defense Attorney – Fully Remote Anywhere in US with California Bar
Compensation :
$200k - $350 + Bonus
Billables :
A well-established national law firm is seeking an Employment Defense Attorney to join its growing team. This is a fully remote opportunity open to attorneys anywhere in the U.S. , provided they are admitted to the California Bar .

Practice Areas
Employment litigation and defense
Wage & hour disputes
Discrimination, harassment, and retaliation
Wrongful termination
PAGA and other California employment claims
Employment-related advice and counseling
Ideal Candidate
Active California Bar license required
Experience handling employment defense matters
Strong litigation, research, and writing skills
Comfortable managing cases independently while collaborating with a broader team
Excellent communication and client-management skills
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $200,000 – $350,000 Base annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
