Fully Remote Insurance Defense Attorney | $150,000-$200,000/Annually + bonus and benefits

Key Responsibilities:
Handle a caseload of insurance defense and civil litigation matters from inception through resolution.
Defend clients in automobile liability, premises liability, general liability, and personal injury matters.
Analyze claims, liability, damages, coverage issues, and available defenses.
Qualifications:
1-5+ years of civil litigation or insurance defense experience preferred.
Candidates with backgrounds in personal injury defense, commercial litigation, general liability, premises liability, automobile defense, or other civil litigation are encouraged to apply.
Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $150,000-$200,000 annually, plus bonus. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. xhqgsiq
