Job description
Spurwink seeks compassionate clinicians to empower youth and families using Functional Family Therapy (FFT). The role delivers FFT-based treatment to youths aged 10–18 and supports families toward lasting change beyond treatment ends.
New hires may receive a $5,000 sign-on bonus paid in installments; additional compensation may follow billable and fidelity targets. Flexible scheduling available; mileage is reimbursed.
