Job description
Four Oaks Family And Childrens Services is seeking an experienced Functional Family Specialist in Cedar Rapids, IA. You will assess client interactions, formulate interventions, and provide direct care services within the 2nd judicial district caseload.
The role involves delivering home-based family therapy, applying Functional Family Therapy with families with adolescents aged 10–18, and managing a caseload of 10–15 families over 8–26 weeks with flexible scheduling to meet families’ needs.
