Job description
Four Oaks Family & Children Services in Cedar Rapids, IA is seeking a Functional Family Specialist to assess client interactions, tailor interventions, and monitor progress using the Functional Family Therapy model for youths aged 10 to 18.
You will provide weekly home-based family therapy (minimum one hour), manage a caseload of 10–15 families over 8–26 weeks, and coordinate with schools, medical and psychiatric contacts to support discharge planning and permanency goals.
