Job description
American Academy of Family Physicians is seeking a board eligible or board certified internal medicine or family medicine provider to join a provider-led primary care and functional medicine group in Sacramento, CA. This full-time role offers a 3–5 day work week based on provider preference, a supportive team, and mentorship opportunities for 2027 hires.
