Job description
Integrated Connections represents a long-established, multi-specialty functional medicine practice in Greenville, SC, seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join the team onsite. The position offers a 4-day work week with low patient volume (10–12 patients per day) and an hourly rate of $60–$65.
Applicants must hold an active SC license or be eligible, with experience in HRT and functional medicine-driven chronic care.
