Job description

Job Description Job Description Functional Medicine Nurse Practitioner The PRO2COL

About The PRO2COL ()

The PRO2COL is Nashville's most comprehensive wellness and longevity destination in Nashville. We do not treat symptoms. We build protocols. Our model integrates functional and hormone health, hyperbaric oxygen, HOCATT ozone, PEMF and red light, IV therapy, peptides, medical aesthetics, and nutrition into one continuum of care.

Functional Health is the clinical backbone of that system. We are hiring a Nurse Practitioner to own it clinically and help build it commercially.

Position Summary

This is not a volume visit job. You will author our Functional Health protocols, oversee member care plans, and grow the vertical into the most valuable part of the business. The right candidate wants all three, and is excited that their protocol becomes a product and their results become the reason members stay.

Protocol Development

Build documented clinical pathways for our core cases: metabolic health, hormone optimization, gut restoration, fatigue and burnout, inflammation, cognitive performance, surgical recovery, and longevity.

Design each protocol end to end: screening criteria, labs, interpretation ranges, intervention sequence, supplementation and peptides, modality scheduling, retest intervals, and success markers.

Integrate our technology into those pathways so HBOT, HOCATT, PEMF, IV, and aesthetics are prescribed with intention.

Own the functional lab menu, the supplement and peptide formulary, and the Fullscript catalog.

Maintain a living protocol library that improves as outcomes accumulate, and decide what new research or modality earns a place in the system.

Care Plan Oversight and Clinical Delivery

Conduct comprehensive initial assessments, including functional blood panel review and a written plan with prioritized next steps.

Carry a longitudinal member panel with regular follow ups, adjusting protocols as labs, symptoms, and wearable data evolve.

Provide hormone assessment and treatment for men and women, including thyroid, adrenal, and sex hormones.

Oversee execution across the team so aesthetics, recovery, IV, and front desk staff deliver each member's protocol consistently, and serve as the clinical escalation point for safety and referrals.

Own documentation standards, clinical policy, and the mentorship of future functional health staff and health coaches.

Business Development of the Functional Health Vertical

You are not inheriting a full schedule. You are building one, with real support behind you.

Own growth of the Functional Health Membership: assessment to membership conversion, retention, and expansion into higher tiers.

Shape pricing, packaging, and program design with leadership, including add on diagnostics, protocol bundles, and corporate offerings.

Build the referral engine with local physicians, surgeons, therapists, gyms, studios, teams, and performance coaches.

Create cross sell pathways so an IV or facial client ends up on a protocol, and a functional member uses the recovery floor.

Serve as a clinical face of the brand through events, workshops, podcasts, and education content. Our standard is education first, never hype.

Track vertical performance: new assessments, conversion, retention, revenue per member, lab and supplement attachment, and outcomes.

Required Qualifications

Active, unrestricted Tennessee NP license, or eligibility to obtain one before start, with national board certification and DEA registration.

Five or more years of clinical practice, including at least two in functional, integrative, longevity, or hormone focused medicine.

Proven experience ordering and interpreting advanced functional diagnostics.

Track record of building clinical protocols or programs, not just working from someone else's template.

Comfort with a cash pay, membership based model and strong written communication.

Preferred Training and Background

Integrative medicine fellowship and formal functional medicine certification such as IFM or equivalent.

Advanced hormone training such as Worldlink Medical or BioTE.

NBHWC health and wellness coaching certification. Coaching is what turns a plan into behavior change.

Working knowledge of peptide therapeutics, regenerative approaches, and metabolic agents, with sound judgment on dosing and sequencing.

Teaching experience, familiarity with performance or concierge populations, and comfort in front of a camera.

Who Thrives Here

You practice from root cause and can explain the difference to a skeptic without condescension.

You are rigorous about data, and honest about what the evidence supports and what is still promising.

You are a builder. A blank protocol library reads as opportunity.

You are commercially fluent and comfortable talking about growth.

You hold a high standard for member experience and work well across disciplines.

Structure, Compensation, and Growth

Onsite in Nashville at 1323 6th Avenue North, with flexibility for telehealth follow ups. Full time preferred, though we will consider a strong part time candidate who can commit to protocol ownership and a consistent schedule. Reports to founder and executive leadership.

Pay: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 - 20.0 per week

Benefits:
