Citi's Internal Audit division provides independent assessments of the company's governance, risk management and internal control environment for key stakeholders including the Board of Directors, senior management and Citi's numerous regulators globally. Internal Audit is a change agent within Citi aimed to enhance the control culture of Citigroup worldwide and thereby support senior management decision making around the globe.

nCiti's Internal Audit Analyst Program is a 24-month rotational leadership program which provides development-focused opportunities coupled with structured classroom training, mentoring and individual development. Key responsibilities include:
nnnRotate across core audit areas (e.g. Finance, Markets & Services, Tech, Business Enablement & AI, Legal, Compliance & Risk, etc.)
n
nnAssist with end-to-end audit engagements: planning, fieldwork, testing, and reporting
n
nnComplete audit workpapers, including assessing the design and operational effectiveness of key controls.
n
nnAnalyze data and business trends to identify emerging risk patterns
n
nnCollaborate with cross-functional teams to assess control effectiveness and recommend improvements
n
nnDeliver presentations and summaries of audit results to business partners and leadership
n
nnParticipate in ongoing learning and development sessions throughout the program
n
n nYour time here will look something like this...
nDuring your 24-month rotational program in Tampa, FL you will gain hands-on experience in two functional areas within IA. You will develop a broad understanding of financial services, business processes and regulatory expectations.

nQualifications:
nnnAt least a 3.3 GPA, preferred
n
nnGraduating with a Bachelor's degree or a dual Bachelor's and Master's between December 2026 and June 2027.
