Job description
$30B+ AUM multi-strat asset management firm in NYC is looking to hire a Fund Accountant to support their private investments and venture capital funds.
Firm Details:

New York City
2000 investment team & support professionals
4x a week in office, Fridays remote
Qualifications:
1-6 years of Big 4 experience
Private Equity or Hedge Fund experience
Perform in a face-paced, entrepreneurial environment
$115K-$125K base + bonus
Responsibilities:
Prepare monthly Net Asset Value (NAV) reports and daily management reporting
Calculate and allocate monthly investor returns, including management fees and incentive fees.
Coordinate with external fund administrators on accounting, reporting, and fund-related matters.
Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable requirements.
Assist with the management and administration of multiple investment vehicles across various funds, including reconciliations and expense allocations.
Support the Investor Relations team and other internal departments by compiling data, addressing ad-hoc requests, and responding to investor inquiries.
Collaborate with technology teams to develop, implement, and maintain reporting tools designed to improve transparency, efficiency, and accuracy across reporting processes.
