Fund Accounting Manager | $150K–$180K + ~20% Bonus + Profit Sharing San Francisco Financial District | HybridI’m working on an opportunity with a leading private equity fund manager overseeing more than $10 billion in assets.This is more than a financial reporting role. You’ll work closely with Finance leadership, oversee critical fund accounting processes, partner with external audit and tax providers, and help develop junior team members within a sophisticated global investment platform. What You’ll DoReview quarterly and annual fund financial statements for accuracy and US GAAP complianceOversee audit and tax processes alongside Finance leadership and external service providersReview LP and underlying investment capital calls and distributionsMonitor fund cash positions and forecast liquidity requirementsResearch complex accounting and tax matters and advise on non-routine transactionsRespond to LP inquiries and support ad hoc reporting and regulatory complianceIdentify process improvements that strengthen efficiency, accuracy, and controlsLead, mentor, and develop junior team members
