Corporation Service Company is seeking a Senior Manager, Fund Accounting, Client Services to lead key client relationships and oversee team deliverables in a hybrid schedule based in Livingston, NJ or Wilmington, DE.
The role requires managing accounting records, GAAP and OCBOA reporting, SBA forms, capital calls, waterfalls, and collaboration with Investor Services. Strong leadership, CPA or CPA candidacy, and advanced Excel skills are essential for success.
