Job description
McDermott Will & Schulte in New York seeks an associate with 3–6 years of fund formation experience to join the Corporate Advisory/Fund Formation group. The role involves working with private equity sponsors and investors on structuring, formation and operation of private investment funds, and handling related legal, regulatory and compliance matters.
Candidates must have a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and be admitted to the New York bar.
