Job description
Foley & Lardner LLP in Dallas is seeking an associate with 1–5 years of relevant experience to join our FFIM Practice Group. The preferred locations are Boston or New York, but we are open to Chicago or Dallas.
Qualified candidates will have fund formation and investment management experience, including structuring funds, negotiating with institutional investors, and GP-led restructurings. JD from an ABA-accredited law school and bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction are required.
