Job description
SALI Fund Services, a JTC Group Company, based in Austin, TX, seeks an Assistant General Counsel to advise on private funds, formation and structuring, including drafting offering documents. Expertise with the Advisers Act and related regulatory matters is essential.
You will support regulatory compliance, including SEC/CFTC matters, and work with outside counsel on cross‑border issues. Strong drafting, negotiation, and collaboration skills are required.
