Job description
The American Heart Association in Columbus is hiring a Development Director to generate revenue for the Heart Challenge fundraising campaign, including the Heart Walk. This field-based role covers Columbus and Licking County, with a hybrid schedule and a base salary plus an incentive up to 25% of base pay.
You will prospect and secure local sponsorships, manage donor relationships, recruit and lead volunteers, motivate Heart Walk teams, and work with Communications to advance campaign goals.
