Job description
AQR Capital Management is seeking a Compliance professional with 3–6 years of investment or trading compliance experience to join the Compliance Department in Greenwich, CT. The role focuses on monitoring adherence to funds, client guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
You will draft policies, work closely with Portfolio Managers and Traders, and advise teams on compliance with applicable laws and regulations. A Bachelor's degree and familiarity with major compliance tools are required.
