This is a hands-on opportunity for candidates interested in manufacturing, production, machine operation, industrial equipment, or furnace operation.What You'll DoLearn to safely operate and monitor industrial furnace equipmentLoad and unload materials from furnacesMonitor equipment and report process or performance issuesFollow detailed SOPs and safety proceduresPerform routine furnace and production tasksMaintain a clean and organized work areaComplete production work accurately and efficientlyParticipate in hands-on training and skill developmentWhat We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or GED preferredManufacturing, production, machine operation, or industrial experience is a plusStrong attention to detailDependable and safety-focusedAble to follow detailed work instructionsComfortable working 12-hour shiftsAble to stand and walk for extended periodsAble to lift up to 40 lbs.Willing to learn specialized manufacturing equipment and processes
