Responsibilities
Execute on-site repairs for wood, leather, and upholstery to restore furniture to factory standards.
Perform precise mechanical troubleshooting and part installation to resolve motion-based furniture issues.
Document service outcomes and update job status through a mobile application to maintain accurate digital records.
Manage your daily route independently, traveling directly from home to service appointments.
Provide exceptional communication to clients, ensuring they feel informed and valued during every service visit.
Maintain a high standard of craftsmanship, focusing on the longevity and aesthetic quality of every piece serviced.
Qualifications
Required Skills
Proven experience in furniture repair, including wood touch-up, upholstery, or mechanical troubleshooting.
Strong mechanical aptitude with proficiency in using hand and cordless power tools.
Ability to work independently in a field service environment with minimal supervision.
Reliable personal transportation and a clean background record.
Basic smartphone literacy for scheduling and reporting.
Preferred Skills
