FORTIFY Private Wealth Management (Washington, PA)
Paid Summer Internship
$15 per hour | Approximately 24 hours per week | 10-week program | Tuesdays through Thursdays

The most successful financial advisors are more than finance experts. They know how to connect with people, earn trust, communicate effectively and help clients navigate important long-term financial decisions.
This is not a sit-back-and-observe internship. At FORTIFY Private Wealth Management, we are seeking ambitious rising juniors and seniors enrolled in four-year degree programs who are seriously interested in exploring a career as a financial advisor. Interns will work directly alongside experienced advisors, learning how to attract clients, build relationships, and grow a thriving practice. They will also contribute to marketing campaigns, business development initiatives, and client relationship management.
What You'll Experience:
Client Relationships & Professional Communication
Observe and participate in a variety of client meetings
Assist with meeting preparation and follow-up
Learn how trusted relationships are built and maintained
Develop professional communication and presentation skills
Marketing & Business Growth
Support social media and digital marketing efforts
Assist with client events and community outreach
Contribute ideas for brand awareness initiatives
Learn strategies for attracting and retaining clients
Business Operations
Gain exposure to the day-to-day operations of a professional practice
Work with client relationship management and business systems
Support special projects designed to improve efficiency and client experience
Leadership & Professional Development
Receive mentoring from experienced professionals
