Job description
Orange Bank & Trust Company is offering an 18-month training program for new or recent graduates who want to start a career in banking. You will support Commercial Lenders, assist with underwriting, manage a portfolio, and gain exposure to draws, wire transfers, and renewals.
Upon completion, you will transition to a full Portfolio Manager role. The program emphasizes hands-on experience, risk-aware decision making, and collaboration with loan officers and management to build a strong foundation
