Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do.Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.Hiring ProcessWithin 24 hours: A live team member will reach out to all applicantsWithin 72 hours: We'll schedule an in-person interviewDuties:In the field daily: generally complete 4 or more creative repairs on-site each day.Display world-class customer service for tenants and property management staff.Update progress on repairs by entering information and notes on our CRM/Dispatch tool.Communicate with the support team with questions.Understand and utilize our unique 5-step repair process.Employ each tool in your custom tool-kit.Problem-solve repairs with creativity in a variety of settings like apartments, hotels, moving sites, construction sites, etc.About Surface ExpertsSurface Experts is an all-inclusive surface repair service provider. We focus on saving our customers time, money, and materials that would otherwise end up in a landfill. This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Your application will go directly to the franchisee, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this franchisee.
