You'll work directly with the business owner and a motivated sales team to install custom design projects, bringing them to life in clients' homes, where the details are on full display and the bar is high.What this actually looks like day-to-day:You'll execute in-home installations of custom spaces, think ensuring precision fitting, clean finishing, and handing off a final product that genuinely wows the homeowner. This isn't production-line work. If that's how you see yourself, we'd like to talk.Requirements:Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematicsFamiliarity with a variety of tools and equipment used in closet installationsValid driver's license and reliable transportationAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanshipExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to lift and carry heavy objects and perform physical tasks as neededQualifications:High school diploma or equivalentVocational or technical training in carpentry or a related field preferredExperience with custom carpentry and cabinetry a plusResponsibilities:Install custom closet systems in clients' homes or businesses according to design specificationsEnsure high-quality workmanship and attention to detailProvide exceptional customer service and communication throughout the installation processMaintain a safe and organized work environmentCollaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projectsFollow company policies and procedures related to installation and customer serviceWe offer competitive compensation, opportunities for advancement, and a supportive team environment.
