Be part of our growing company, Touching Hearts at Home.Job DescriptionWe are looking for people who are committed to our value to enhance the quality of life of older adults and people living with disabilities or medical conditions by providing the best in-home care with empathy, excellence and integrity. Caregivers provide companionship, personal care, specialized care and assist clients with meal preparation, laundry and light housekeeping in accordance with their unique plan of care.Responsibilities Include:Social companionship, reminders, and support with a variety of daily living tasksTransportation and companionship to appointments, errands and social outingsLight housekeeping and meal preparationStandby assistance with personal hygieneOvernight safety assistanceBonus Based On PerformanceCompetitive PayQualifications:No healthcare certification is required. We are looking for people whose personal and professional life shows a compassionate heart for older adults, excellent customer service and creative problem solvingValid driver's license in the state of applicationThe ability to provide a reliable, insured vehicle to use on the client's behalf for all scheduled shifts and to travel 15 miles for any scheduled shiftsThe ability to lift, push and pull up to 25 poundsDaily access to email, the Internet, and a mobile phoneWe are a drug free workplace.
