We're looking for an experienced installer who takes pride in quality craftsmanship and wants to be part of a crew that does it right.What You'll DoInstall seamless gutters, gutter guards, and related drainage products on residential (and occasional commercial) propertiesOperate a gutter machine to fabricate seamless gutter on-siteRead and follow job specs and measurements accuratelyEnsure clean, professional installs that meet company quality standardsCommunicate professionally with homeowners on job sitesMaintain and care for company tools, equipment, and vehiclesFollow all safety protocols, especially working at height and on laddersLearn and use our CRM (ServiceBridge) for job documentationSoffit and fascia experience a plusPayStarts at a flat daily rate while you complete onboarding and training (including learning our CRM and installation processes)Transitions to percentage-based pay once training is complete — the better and faster you work, the more you earnW-2 employee positionScheduleFull-time, set schedule based on job assignments and crew needsWe work Monday through Friday.
