FULL TIME Wellness Rep With Sales Experience NeededThis is a performance-driven sales role focused on driving revenue and closing memberships. Restore Hyper Wellness is looking for high-performing Sales Wellness Representatives who take ownership of results and drive revenue through memberships and medical services. This role is about more than transactions—it's about understanding each client's needs and goals, building trust, and confidently converting them into long-term members. You will own the full sales cycle from first interaction to close turning tours, leads, and inquiries into committed clients. Success in this role means consistently hitting targets, building a strong pipeline, and maximizing every client opportunity.Own the sales process from first interaction through closeDrive membership, retail, and service revenue dailyConsistently meet and exceed individual sales targetsConvert consultations and tours into paying membersBuild and manage a pipeline through follow-ups, referrals, and outreachProven sales performance with a track record of exceeding targetsConfidence in closing and handling objectionsHigh energy, competitive mindset, and accountability for resultsAbility to perform in a fast-paced, sales-driven environmentPassion for wellness is a plus drive to sell is requiredCompetitive base + uncapped performance-based earningsClear growth path based on resultsComplimentary and discounted servicesOpportunity to sell services that deliver real resultsCompensation: $18.00 - $23.00 per hourRestore Hyper Wellness is the award-winning industry leader and creator of an innovative new category of care—Hyper Wellness ®.
