This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients by providing exceptional in-home care.Benefits:Company partiesCompetitive salaryFlexible scheduleTraining & developmentResponsibilities:Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities for clients.Monitor and report changes in clients' health and well-being.Assist with mobility and physical exercises as directed by a healthcare professional.Help clients with meal preparation and nutritional needs.Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.Document care provided and maintain accurate records.Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare team members.Adhere to all policies and procedures to ensure compliance and safety.Requirements:Valid certification as a Home Health Aide, Certified Nursing Assistant, or Personal Care Assistant.Experience in providing personal care services is preferred.Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.Must pass background checks and drug screenings.Willingness to learn and adapt to clients' needs.Flexible schedule to accommodate clients' needs.About Us:ComForCare Home Health Care has been serving the community with dedication and care for several years.
