Based throughout Pennsylvania, we pride ourselves on fostering a supportive and growth-focused work environment for our employees.Competitive salary, health insurance, opportunity for advancement, paid time off, training & development, vision insurance.High school diploma or 2+ years of relevant experience, strong sales and organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and team-focused.Handle client inquiries, leads, and home visits, match caregivers with clients based on qualifications and needs, manage client relationships, resolve issues, and ensure quality care, coordinate care plans with providers and family members, track and update care documentation and notes, address scheduling challenges and support team communication.Professional, positive attitude and attention to detail, clear, confident communication skills, ability to foster strong morale and relationships.Compensation: $13.50 - $15.50 per hour
