Emergency Services Manager
The Emergency Services Manager is expected to create high levels of customer satisfaction by exceeding customer expectations and fulfilling the company's contractual obligations through the timely and profitable delivery of our cleaning and water/fire/mold/trauma mitigation services. Works with a skilled group of project leads, technicians and administrative staff to ensure documentation, billing and standards are maintained. Exceed established standards of production performance through continuous process improvement and training and development of production staff.

Principal duties and responsibilities include exceeding Water/Fire/Mold/Contents division targets for quality ratings and customer satisfaction, writing job estimates in Xactimate, Symbility, or Company T&M Pricing Sheet, maintaining sufficient production capacity through staffing, equipping and supplying the service divisions, coordinating / assisting Project Leads with scheduling of technicians, laborers and subcontractors, scheduling jobs and maintaining project efficiency to achieve profit margins, maintaining timely and accurate flow of production reporting from technicians to administration, developing and effectively conducting technician training programs in order to meet division goals for quality, profitability and customer satisfaction, performing production work as needed, performing minor repairs on equipment and vehicles, maintaining adequate inventory of cleaning supplies, assisting in interviewing, hiring, training and discharging Service Technicians, monitoring production efficiencies and payroll.
Additional duties and responsibilities include attending and assisting in conducting company meetings, communicating with customers and conducting in-home inspections as needed, participating in community organizations, attending trade seminars and workshops.
Decision rights and authority include scheduling vehicle and equipment maintenance within established budget, scheduling service vehicles and technicians, providing input to and assisting in development of strategic goals.
Working relationships and scope include working with Estimators to review and oversee job estimates, working with Operations Manager in hiring and discharge of production division personnel.
Performance competencies include oral communication, written communication, team building, planning & organizing, dependability, and technology.
Qualifications include education and experience, financial reports and budgeting, technical skills, mathematical skills, computer skills, listening skills, and certificates, licenses and registrations.
Physical demands include sitting, using hands to finger, handle or feel, reaching with hands and arms, talking or hearing, standing, walking, lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds and frequently lifting and/or moving up to 40 pounds.
Working conditions include exposure to shop where vehicles and equipment are housed and maintained, facilities where standing water and sewage are present, heat is unavailable due to lack of utilities, fire damage has occurred and mold or other organic growth exists, noise level in the work environment is moderate to high.
Compensation: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
