You will oversee all accounting functions, administrative activities, and ensure customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in hiring office personnel and ensure employment best practices and complianceManage the training and development plans for office teamOversee performance management for office teamDeliver financial reporting as neededVerify and analyze franchise performance reportsAssist with office staffing and compensation plan as neededManage and oversee all Water, Mold, Fire, Board Up and Pack Out estimatesPosition RequirementsHigh school diploma/GED; Associate degree or Bachelor's degree preferredAt least 1 year of management and/or supervisory experienceAt least 3 year of customer service and/or office-related experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExceptional organization and planning capabilities, strong attention to detailExpertise in Xactimate Estimating ProgramSkills/Physical Demands/Competencies This is a role in a fast-paced office environment. Some filing is required which would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bending or standing as necessary.
