Our average employee retention is ten years.Job DescriptionWe want an Office Manager to work here from 10 AM to 2-3PM as a dedicated bookkeeper and administrator. With a 'One Team' mentality, manage the office to perform all accounting and administrative activities. Ensure job files are up to date. Assist the field techs with customer communication and supplies. Follow our accounting procedures, and recommend improvements to increase efficiency. Interact with our referral sources (general contractors, insurance entities, property managers, tradespeople and professionals). Prepare, send and follow up on invoices. Take phone and email enquiries, take the messages and deliver them promptly. Maintain a clean & efficient office. Lead by example.ResponsibilitiesScan & file documentsCreate photo albums and inventoriesPrepare the daily jobs listAccept & update job assignments and requests for serviceMaintain the A/R recordsInvoice and accept paymentsComplete the bi-weekly payroll (outsourced)Complete monthly bank rec & credit card batchingInterface with our techs in the field, our accountant, our trades partners and our vendorsPursue personal development and PuroClean-specific skillsSkills, Abilities and QualificationsPrevious working experience in Quickbooks bookkeeping is essential and required and a focus on personal development, team building and relationship skills is essential. Attention to detail, an aptitude for multitasking and being comfortable with record keeping. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 3 years of bookkeeping and administration in an office setting; construction experience is a plus.
