Physical Therapist Clinical Director

Deliver top-tier, evidence-based physical therapy services that transform lives. Lead, mentor, and support a team of talented physical therapists to ensure exceptional patient care. Oversee clinic operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and high-quality standards. Cultivate a collaborative, positive, and growth-driven team environment. Drive clinical excellence by implementing best practices and fostering continued learning. Play a key role in hiring, training, and developing future leaders in physical therapy. Partner with administrative staff and leadership to enhance clinic performance. Engage with the community to promote awareness of ProMotion's mission and services. Stay ahead of industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure best practices. Utilize key performance indicators to optimize clinic success and patient care outcomes.

Licensed Physical Therapist with a minimum of 3 years of clinical experience (leadership experience preferred). Passion for helping patients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life. Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and mentor a team. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities. Operational management experience, including workflow optimization and compliance. Ability to analyze key performance indicators and apply insights to drive success. Enthusiasm for continuous learning, professional development, and community involvement. Proficiency with clinical documentation and modern healthcare technology.
