Agent Team MemberPosition Overview: Responsible for performing clerical tasks within an office setting to support daily operations. Duties include answering and transferring phone calls to employees, sorting and delivering mail to employees and greeting visitors when they arrive for meetings or assistance.Responsibilities:Greeting visitorsEstablish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as neededAnswering and transferring phone callsProcessing customer paymentsCalling customers for non/late paymentsMaintaining inventory of office suppliesAssisting customers with claimsBank depositsAs an Agent Team Member, you will receive:Hourly payGrowth potential/Opportunity for advancement within my agencyCommission for licensed team membersRequirements:Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needsExcellent communication skills - written, verbal and listeningPeople-orientedDetail orientedProactive in problem solvingAble to learn computer functionsAbility to work in a team environmentProperty and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)If you are motivated to succeed and can see yourself in this role, please complete our application.
