Job description
Future Opportunities at Blank Metal
Blank Metal moves fast - and we're always looking for people who can move with us. This isn't a posting for one seat; it's an open door. If you don't see the exact role you want on our careers page today, this is how you get on our radar for when it opens.
We're an AI-native engineering company that partners with enterprises to ship production AI, fast. Our work spans engineering, design, strategy, and delivery, and what we need shifts week to week as client work ramps up. Join the talent community and you're already in the room when the right seat opens.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
You build. Whatever your discipline, you'd rather ship something real than sit in a meeting planning it.
You own outcomes, not tasks. When something's yours, it's yours until it works - in production, for real users.
You're energized by ambiguity. We move at startup speed on purpose. You find that exciting, not stressful.
You're genuinely curious about applied AI - not the theory, but what it actually takes to get a system shipped and working in the real world.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU APPLY
Our team reviews the talent community against every role as it opens. When there's a match, we reach out directly to start a conversation - no black hole, no boilerplate rejection six months later.
