Job description
CVS Health is launching a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager position. The 16‑week, self‑paced program blends virtual and hands-on learning with guidance from your District Leader, HR Partner, and Store Manager coach.
We expect strong communicators who can lead a team, deliver excellent customer care, execute merchandising strategies, and manage store inventory to maximize profitability.
